Offcom is essentially a service driven organization and have built a system and culture of being always focussed towards customer service. Our corporate slogan being “WE CARE” defining our commitment to customer support. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and operate through a team of about 100 dedicated individuals always striving hard to ensure the delight and loyalty of our customers. Most of us are technically qualified, thoroughly trained and highly motivated, always working towards ensuring maximum possible up time of the critical customer applications.

We also take pride in being a good employer with probably the least employee turnover in the industry. In a team of about hundred persons, we have had only about 6-7 persons leaving our organization, over the last ten years, whom we would have wanted to stay. The first five employees of the company are still going strong with the progress of the organization. Amongst a team of 23 six years back, 20 are still with the company.

We have direct operations at Delhi, Noida, Jammu, Srinagar, Agra, Dehradun, Bhopal, Raipur, Jaipur and Chandigarh and offer services through a team of about 100 motivated and hardworking persons. Our corporate office is at Noida where we also run an in-house technical service and repair centre and the manufacturing works. We would be currently servicing more than a 2000 customers with most of the blue chip corporates being in our customer list.
