Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Machine
Description
Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is a simple respiratory ventilator, which uses progressive algorithms to monitor the patients breathing, apnoea episodes, and automatically delivers the required pressure to the patient. Through this mild pressure from CPAP prevents the upper airway from collapsing or becoming blocked by the nasal cavity, palatal tissue or hypo pharynx.
